At FERRATUS we are in the middle of harvesting the Albillo Mayor, our ‘white lady’ of Ribera del Duero. This native grape is perfectly adapted to the hot, dry summers of the region, and its early ripening allows us to harvest at the ideal moment, guaranteeing maximum quality.

A PROCESS THAT TAKES CARE OF EVERY DETAIL
The small, compact clusters of Albillo Mayor require a completely manual harvest, which allows us to accurately select only the best grapes. This artisanal process reflects our commitment to quality in every bottle of Ferratus blanco, a wine distinguished by its fresh, citrus flavours, floral notes and balanced acidity.

This year, weather conditions have been tough, with frost and hail reducing the harvest. This makes our 2024 vintage even more exclusive, limiting production, but maintaining a standard of excellence that defines us.
